The housekeepers were extremely noisy and came into our room at 9:00 in the morning while we were still sleeping I said no and then they proceeded to talk very loudly and I feel be rude up and down the hall at 9:00 a.m. in the morning which is not even close to check out time still had 2 hours even though we were staying another night.

We stayed in "the apartment" with 3 beds. Great idea for families, but if you plan on doing meals there, bring all of your own tools. There was a fair selection of pots and pans, but oven pans were entirely lacking, and cooking and eating utensils and cups and plates were slim pickings. It would also be uncomfortable dining, with two bar stools, an office chair, and an oversized arm chair for seating. My children commented that the stools and bar area were sticky as well. More detailed attention was needed in cleaning the restroom as well. I found a hair on the shower tile and debris on the floor behind the door, but otherwise it was clean. The apartment is nicely set up with a queen in a "master" room that locks, but that bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. The two queens in the common area seemed ok, but they are directly under skylights, which could be interesting trying to sleep in the mornings. We were up before dawn each morning, so we can't say. Finally, the worst was the noise. The room is right next to the lobby, and we could hear everything from there, noisy people in the hallway, and the TV in the fitness room in the next room over.

The room has windows positioned at a half-basement level, allowing visibility of the ground outside. There is an unpleasant odor present. Although this is described as the first floor, the conditions resemble those of a basement unit.

First room they checked me into the toilet wasn’t working. My mother’s room the shower curtain rod was not even attached. The manager was noncompliant and rude when I approached her about the issues of my stay and wanted a credit. There was unsafe equipment in the breakfast area. Most of the staff could not even speak English, so they wouldn’t even talk to you if you had a question. My room was dirty in the bathtub and there was hair in the bed. The shower curtain was tattered and had holes. The breakfast food was disgustingly greasy un- cooked bacon. The male employee that checked me in was wearing a dirty playboy sweatshirt (what a horrible first impression).
