Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean but a little dated and the tv was crooked on the wall. I ordered a buttermilk chicken burger, waited 40 mins for it to come to my table and it wasn’t a buttermilk burger it was a plain chicken breast in a bun, which was missing the mozzarella and guacamole, I told the waitress that it was wrong so she went to check with the kitchen, she came back and told me that they had run out of what I ordered and offered to make me something else but after the long wait for the food I didn’t want to wait any longer, not sure why the kitchen hadn’t bothered to come and say they were out of stock rather than just making something totally different to what I wanted but the waitress gave me a free pint as an apology.

I prepaid for the room through Expedia, upon leaving the next day I was charged an additional £189.24. Is this potentially a fraudulent claim? I am now currently trying to understand where this charge has come from. I had already paid £220 for a 3 person room. I have contacted the hotel directly for more information. Unfortunately because of this I would not be staying at this hotel again as this is highly unprofessional.
