We booked this hotel for its location and price, on arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we extended our stay by 1 night, set in a lovely location. The night before we checked out we had already booked up to stay again for longer, this has now become our new hotel to stay in every time we come down to see family and friend. We stayed at Gray Manor Hotel as a base for visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury, and it was in a great location for both. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, and the staff were lovely — very chatty, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a little dated and in need of some TLC in places. That said, the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with a great selection and everything fresh and well presented. One of the standout features was how pet friendly the hotel is, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay in an ideal location for exploring the area.

The staff were lovely , the room was comfortable . Food was nice . The only down side it was very cold in the hotel . Both the guard dogs were lovely and brilliant temperament for such big dogs really friendly .

This was lovely in many ways. My room was spotless and spacious, Breakfast was hot and plentiful with a reasonable choice. The new season has maybe not kicked in as some of the outside areas could do with a little tidy up. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is worth noting that there are few public transport links to the local towns and seemingly none before 9.30 am or after about 7 pm.,
