Short Break in Salisbury

The staff were very friendly and explained everything very well. We spent one night there and it was lovely. The hotel location it's great, close to the market, Salisbury Cathedral, pubs and restaurants. Carpark spaces are limited but we arrive at the right time and managed to charge our EV at a reasonable price.

It is in an excellent location for sightseeing in Salisbury. The room was large bright and comfortable although we could have used a place to set our luggage. It is an historic building which makes it quirky and a little rambling to navigate and the lack of an elevator makes handling luggage a challenge. That staff is upbeat and very helpful. The restaurant next door is terrific.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The one (small) fly in the ointment you should be aware of is limited parking on site. My last night we got back late and all the spots were taken. Parked in the council lot a block and a half away so no problem (it was free as long as I pulled the car out by 8 AM) but if that's a problem just adjust accordingly. Breakfast was nice in the morning with eggs to order as part of the Full English Breakfast. Nice stay!

Salisbury was amazing. Hotel was in a good location. It was always clen and tidy. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. It is not good for anyone that is mobility challenged Therelots of stairs to go up to the rooms and more stairs in the hallway to the rooms. There is No lift available.

Great location, easy to walk around Salisbury. Parking in road was chargeable during day. Good advice from reception. Breakfast was decent. Showers were great. Rooms a bit squashed into an old building. So plenty of steps and a maze of corridors! Overall really good.

We stayed off from the courtyard in room 106. Lovely, comfortable lodging. The bar was a friendly spot for drinks and the restaurant was delicious! We bathed rather than showered because we never could get it working.
