Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Position of hotel is great for exploring Salisbury and very quiet at night. The only thing that let it down for me was the size of our room. I had to clamber over the bed to get in and out as the bed was up against the dressing table. Could also do with a walk in shower instead of a bath, which was very high and difficult to get in and out of safely. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Did not take up the 15£ breakfast option so I do not have an opinion on that. However staff took great care of our luggage as we visited the local sights and customer service was fantastic.

Perfectly Suitable Please to Stay in Salisbury

The hotel is well located for walking to the sites of Salisbury. There is a small parking lot that is a bonus if you can get a spot. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues (or a lot of luggage) I suggest coordinating with reception before arrival. We thought the breakfast staff were particularly hospitable.

Lovely room, comfortable, clean, quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location very close to town, there's a bar opposite the hotel but no noise affected. No parking was available but we were lucky to find one at the front of the hotel (street parking).

Managed to park in the small car park on the second and third nights. We were offered a quieter room on the back when we checked in and this was much appreciated. We had not picked up when booking that there were limited dining facilities in the hotel. Fortunately there were ample alternatives nearby. Breakfast was very good - better than other self-service options in most hotels.

The building was well maintained. The staff were nice but nothing spectacular. The surrounding area questionable. Parking-they say they have space, but it like 3 spots. Parking on the street is hard to find and you must pay 8am-6pm. There is a parking garage, same you must pay 8am-6pm.

Overpriced, dated, no parking - Not Great.

Very expensive stay and disappointed on arrival to find the guest parking was liited to 8 cars! This should be clearly stated as the listing was deceptive. The hotel is old and tired - there were no unused electrical sockets available, small room, no view, the corridor lighting shone under the door and the air con was noisy so disrupted sleep. Good breakfast is the only positive from this overpriced break.
