Beautiful studio apartment completely renovated and refurnished, just a few minutes from Salò, surrounded by nature and countryside.
The studio apartment is located on the first floor. It is composed of a living room with open kitchen equipped with every comfort (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee pod machine, washing machine and dishwasher), a small terrace for two people, ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the moonlight, a small balcony with countryside view and lake view. The bedroom with double bed is located in the mezzanine accessible by a wooden staircase.
The studio flat is not suitable for elderly or physically challenged or particularly tall people. Suitable for young couples.
Very quiet location surrounded by nature. Equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, WIFI Internet, SMART TV with NETFLIX.
Private parking just a few steps. Small shared garden, located next to a river.
Some areas of the apartment, such as the garden, the car spots, the entrance hallway are shared with the other apartment.

Sehr schönes Loft

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war das Beste was wir bisher bei einer Ferienwohnung erlebt haben. Die Einrichtung und auch der Willkommensgruss haben uns aufs Positivste überrascht. Auch die Kommunikation vor Ort mit Frederico war hervorragend. Für diese 3 Punkte sollte es eigentlich 11 von 10 Punkten geben. Schon nach 3 Tagen wurde nachgefragt ob wir frische Bettwäsche oder Handtücher brauchen - vorbildlich! Da der Schlafraum unter dem Dach ist und die Treppe dort hin etwas steil ist, sollte man etwas beweglich und ab besten nicht zu gross sein :-). Alles in Allem - die Wohnung war der Hit.

Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, zwar kann man oben kaum stehen, aber zum schlafen langt es auf jeden Fall. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Aber besonders toll fanden wir die nette Unterstützung durch den Host! Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen!

Es war eine super schöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Es war unser erster Urlaub am Gardasee, in dem schönen Ort Salo. Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön, genau wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts und der Vermieter war vor und während unserem Urlaub für uns da. Tolle Wohnung und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

Appartement cosy

Notre première étape pour visiter les grands lacs a été notre plus belle expérience. L’appartement est chaleureux, très bien équipé avec goût et situé à 25minutes à pieds du centre de Salò. Atout supplémentaire : Un parking privé couvert. Par ailleurs , Frederico est disponible et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

kleine gemütliche Wohnung am Ortsrand

Wir haben dieses schnuckelige Appartement am Ortsrand von Saló Ende September bewohnt. Das Appartement ist äußerst liebevoll hergerichtet und mit allem was man für einen knapp 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt, eingerichtet. Alles passt zusammen, selbst Geschirr und Besteck (was wir in keinem Appartement bislang erlebt haben)! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich bei Federico, der jederzeit für uns ansprechbar war. Wir empfehlen das Appartement sehr gerne weiter und würden wieder hier wohnen wollen wenn es uns wieder an den Gardasee verschlägt.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir haben 10 Tage in Salò verbracht, und wenn wir abends nach ereignisreichen Tagen zurück in unsere Wohnung (die mit dem Bett im Giebel) kamen, war das schon ziemlich bald wie "nach Hause" kommen: alles da, was man braucht (sogar eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc., was man im Urlaub eigntlich gar nicht will, aber doch hilfreich sein kann), sehr hübsch und modern eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt! Zudem ruhig und dabei fast ein wenig ländlich gelegen - und dennoch nicht weit vom Ort mit seiner langen Uferpromenade entfernt: zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten ein hübscher Weg durch schmale gepflasterte Gassen mit Olivenbäumen (wenn man nicht die laute Hauptstraße bevorzugt). Zum samstäglichen großen Markt selbiger Weg ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, der Bäcker für die morgendlichen Brötchen keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch An- und Abreise, Fragen zwischendurch: alles unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit durch Federico geregelt. Wie gesagt: einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Wenn es uns wieder an den Gardasee verschlägt, dann wieder nach Salò und gerne wieder in diese Wohnung!

Wunderschöner Urlaub <3

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt für einen tollen Sommerurlaub. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön und die Wohnung bietet alles was man so braucht (sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Info-Broschüren für die Umgebung, ein Netflix-Account :p ) . Der Vermieter Federico ist sehr aufmerksam und bietet stets seine Hilfe an. Die beiden Fahrräder, die er uns organisiert hat, waren spitze und haben unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Wir können diese Wohnung und den Ort Saló nur weiterempfehlen :)

Eine sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Obergeschoss

Die liebevoll, modern und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattete Wohnung bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen tollen Urlaub in Salo. Kleine Extras, wie Willkommensgeschenke oder der jederzeit ansprechbare Federico, hinterließen bei uns sofort ein willkommenes Gefühl. Die Wohnung ist mit Küchenzubehör (Öl, Gewürze...) und Badartikeln (Föhn, Duschgel...) umfangreich und modern ausgestattet, sodass in unserem Fall ein guter halber Koffer hätte in Deutschland bleiben können. Balkon und Wohnzimmertisch erlauben bei jedem Wetter ein sehr gemütliches Beisammensein. Einzigst im unklimatisierten Schlafbereich kann sich lediglich durch einen Ventilators Abhilfe verschafft werden, was bei uns jedoch zu keinen großen Problemen führte. In Summe absolut empfehlenswert und gerne wieder! :-)

sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr netter Vermieter - gerne wieder

Wir haben die obere Wohnung belegt. Diese ist neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter bietet gerne seine Unterstützung an. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Div. Verbrauchsmaterialien waren bereits vorhanden, was uns gefreut hat, als auch ein kleines Willkommenspaket. Der Balkon ist ausreichend für einen Wäscheständer und einen kleinen Tisch für 2 Personen. Schön für das Frühstück und abends ein Glas Wein. Es gibt eine Treppe in die Wohnung (1.OG) und eine steilere Treppe in das Schlafzimmer. Für uns kein Problem und wir wurden vor der Buchung darauf hingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist gut klimatisiert. Einzig das Schlafzimmer ist sehr warm, da die klimatisierte Luft hier nicht ganz ankommt (-> kleines Dachfenster ohne Sonnenschutz, wir haben Zeitung eingeklemmt und den Ventilator laufen lassen. Damit konnten wir gut schlafen). Im Schlafzimmer kann man teils nur leicht geduckt gehen. Aber das Ambiente unter´m Dach entschädigt :) Die obere Wohnung ist ruhig, da es außer dem Badezimmerfenster kein Fenster zur Straße hinaus gibt. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank noch einmal, vielleicht sieht man sich wieder.
