Here, you’ll find a central fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, along with comfortable seating and a large TV for those quieter moments indoors.

Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring everything you need to prepare meals for your group. With modern appliances, a kitchen island, and a dining table that seats eight, it’s a bright, cozy space for gathering. The kitchen also opens onto a terrace facing the serene pine forest, offering another peaceful spot to enjoy your meals or a morning coffee.

The property includes a total of four bedrooms, spread between the main house and a guest villa.

♛ Bedroom 1: 2x Single Beds (90cm) can be combined (180cm)
♛ Bedroom 2: 2x Single Beds (90cm) can be combined (180cm)
♛ Bedroom 3: Two Single Bunk Beds (90 cm)
♛ Living room: Two single floor mattresses (90cm) + Sofa bed (120cm)

All bedrooms are equipped with quality pillows and 100% cotton linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The house offers three bathrooms, including a toilet and shower in the main house, as well as an additional shower in the lower sauna


★ SAUNAS ★

The first is located in the main villa and opens onto a terrace facing the pine forest, perfect for a peaceful escape after a long day. The second is a large beach sauna with incredible views along the coast, creating the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. For a truly refreshing experience, you can alternate between the warmth of the sauna and a cool dip in the sea, followed by a soak in the wood-fired hot tub overlooking the water.


★ OUTDOORS ★

Outside, the house truly shines. Wooden decking connects various areas of the property, including the guest cabin, volleyball court, and the sandy beach. Two of the large terraces have dining tables and BBQ grills, along with an outdoor kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals outside. The beach sauna terrace also features a wood-fired hot tub with stunning sea views.

Families with children will find this property especially welcoming. It’s designed with little ones in mind, offering a large play area that includes a playhouse, trampoline, sandpit, swings, climbing ropes, and even a zip line that runs from the main villa to the sauna building. There’s also a football goal, a volleyball court, and paddleboards (SUPs) for some fun on the water. The child-friendly beach and pier provide the perfect setting for families to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. “There is a Minut sensor installed in the living room that measures the noise decibels not to exceed 85dB and ensures there aren't any loud parties during quiet hours. It's important to note that it does not record conversations, ensuring your privacy is maintained."
