This luxurious and spacious family villa with fairytale views is situated in a green oasis on the exclusive hillside development of Monte de los Almendros. The entrance to this villa is marked by a striking palm tree that does justice to the lush character of this spacious villa which has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The private heated pool is set in a green garden bordered by flowering tropical bushes. From the living room and the various large terraces, you will be amazed by the gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea, the picturesque white town of Salobreña whose stunning Moorish castle is illuminated at night, the Sierra Nevada mountains which are covered with snow in winter and the stunning natural beauty of the Costa Tropical. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers complete privacy to its residents. There is a parking area and the interior garage offers space for three cars.

The villa is built on two floors. The ground floor has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with sink, rain shower and toilet while the fourth bedroom uses a separate family bathroom with bath, washbasin, rain shower and toilet. Every room offers beautiful views and two of the bedrooms have a private terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular sunrises in peace and tranquility.

On the first floor, a four-meter-wide window with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the vast surroundings of Salobreña immediately catches the eye. The window is part of the spacious living room with a seating area, dining room and large open kitchen. Sliding glass doors give access to several outdoor terraces. The kitchen is located centrally between the indoor environment and the outdoor spaces. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, so you will have access to all the utensils you need to prepare all types of culinary dishes during your stay. The spacious kitchen has a cooking island and a seating area, so while you are cooking you can have a drink with your travel companions and relax. The washer and dryer are integrated into the kitchen.

On the first floor there is a study and the luxurious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, rain shower, double washbasin and toilet. The villa has a total of five bedrooms, three of which have double beds and two bedrooms have twin single beds.

The villa has hot and cold central air conditioning, adjustable per room. The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a wide range of European and international channels.

The sheltered tropical garden with lawn, palm trees, fruit trees and tropical plants offers complete privacy. You can relax on the sun loungers around your private (heated) pool (7.5m x 5.5m) or enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool. The large, partially covered terraces on the first floor are directly accessible from both the house and the garden. Here you will find an outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and garden. If you prefer to cook outdoors, there is a simple outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue on the covered terrace. The huge, round, wooden, outdoor table seats ten, so you can enjoy Mediterranean dishes, tasty regional wines and the stunning view of the Costa Tropical eating al fresco.

Villa Miranda is located on the beautiful hillside community of Monte de los Almendros. The community recreational area is within walking distance and guests have complimentary use of the community tennis court, paddle tennis court, soccer field and playground. The large communal pool, children's pool and a small snack bar are also open during the summer months.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almería are easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are plenty of things to see and do: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which also offers beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes away by car, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and in the afternoon, you can relax on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course ten minutes away by car that is located right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra and Malaga with its historic centre, cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

Salobreña enjoys a subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature above 20 degrees C.
