Located in the iconic Santillana building, at the beginning of Jaume I Promenade, with the famous illuminated fountain at your feet and Colón Promenade just a step away. Cross the pedestrian street, and you'll be on the golden sands of Llevant beach, with its blue flag and shallow waters ideal for children and water activities like paddleboarding.



Just steps from the door, you'll find an incredible variety of restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops, all without needing to use the car! You can leave it in the building's parking lot throughout your stay.



The practical and functional apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, and is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. There is a fan in the second bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace.
