The room was fine. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling a bit. The sink water wouldn’t get very hot and the faucet made a mess. The shower would suddenly be scalding hot (other room toilets flushing??). The bed was a tad hard. And wow! Did the noise travel - I heard buzzing alarms, doors slamming shut, and people walking above me sounded like they were stomping. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful! Quick check in and check out. Room was clean!

The hot tub was broken, our faucet in our room was broken. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The room needs some touch up. They only have a Starbucks so no complimentary breakfast. Not really a great family friendly hotel.

The lady at the front desk was great! I just was not able to fully check in on the app without stopping by the front desk. The lady mentioned it was the supervisors decision that remote keys are not assigned until we stop by the front desk. Experience was great other than that.

One of the elevators was out of service so everybody had to use the same one, which was a little rough since a lot of us were all going to the same event. But there usually want too much of a wait. The beds were more firm than I like, but otherwise it was wonderful!

Cosy and clean hotel in down town Salt Lake city. Quick check in and check out. Room is clean and spacious with modern bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every other day unless you request a daily cleaning. Many restaurants nearby.

Absolutely outstanding accommodations. Microwave and fridge in the room, and literally just across the street from the Delta Center from lobby to front entrance. Parking was painless and the staff was polite. The elevator situation was poor, but didn't detract much from the overall experience.
