Extremely unhelpful and rude staff and even people around the area at the gas stations. Specifically we tried to get quarters for laundry and it was what seemed like an impossible task - no quarters from the bar or front desk. The Sinclair next to the hotel was rude and needed us to buy something with cash and could only give us $2. Why have an amenity but no means to help service it? Air conditioning didn’t work in room and didn’t cool below 72 all night. Ice maker on our floor didn’t work and looked like it was unused for months with no signage. Overall maybe just people in salt lake aren’t friendly but I was less than impressed with this hotel

I would suggest never to stay at this hotel. The staff overall was rude especially night staff. I paid for 2 rooms for 6 nights, one for me and the second room for my mom. One day my mom’s room was not cleaned at all. I was told nothing they could do as o booked through a 3rd party ie Expedia. They also say 100 new guests arrived that day and they were priority. I could not believe this. I spoke to management ie Ryan the next day and he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me after I left numerous messages at the front desk. The customer experience is horrible at this hotel. Very disappointing.
