It's almost what you expect

The rooftop terrace with view and breakfast were great. The room was clean, the staff was pretty friendly. There is a pool and hot tub, but I think it's hard for the staff to keep up with it as there are lots of families and messes. The hot tub was cold when we got there. Also, they don't have roll-away beds, or at least that's what they told us.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! If you can, ask for a high floor room. You can hear everyone moving above you but that’s not the hotels fault :) Highly recommend!

Not bad, needs friendlier staff

The hotel itself wasn’t bad and the breakfast was decent. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. And the pillow for the bed were terrible had to order more just to elevate my head. Overall not a bad place to stay but wouldn’t be in a rush to books again.

Not the Usual Hampton Inn Experience"

We stayed for 3 days and while check-in was smooth, the room was very clean, and breakfast was better than expected, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being out all day, we returned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was told housekeeping had left at 3:30PM and wouldn’t be returning. We didn’t receive fresh towels or have the trash taken out. This experience didn’t meet the usual Hampton Inn standards.
