No safety bars in shower/tub, have to call the front desk to change the thermostat, no windows open and the air gets stale. Room service is way overpriced and way too exotic for my tastes. Elk, buffalo, trout?? This is the fourth Kimpton hotel I’ve stayed at and by far the runt of the litter.

Nice and clean.

Clean and remodeled. Nice amenities on site. Didn’t use bar or restaurant but they looked nice. Front desk guys were both very friendly. Room had a nice city view. Would recommend.

Room service not good.

All good but room service definitely not like it use to be. They forgot part of the order and when they brought it. It was cold. It use to be amazing. Not so much any more.
