The Eagle Estate operates under a Short-Term Rental License with specific

guest allowances:



• Up to 4 unrelated adults may enjoy the estate together, or



• Up to 8 related adults (family members) are welcome.



• Children are always welcome in addition to the above adult limits, allowing

families to gather in comfort and style. ✨ This means a family group of 8

adults may also bring along children — whether 2, 4, 6, 8 or even 10 — making

it possible to host up to 16+ guests in total across our 13 thoughtfully

arranged beds.

estate manager (handyman)who resides in separate quarters on the property. He

ensures the grounds, heated pool, and spa remain in perfect condition

throughout your stay. Guests have loved his warm hospitality and attentive

support, whether it’s helping with the technology in the home, offering

guidance on how to use amenities, or quickly addressing any unexpected needs.



Your privacy is fully respected: he does not enter the main home unless

requested. Think of him as your personal estate concierge: available when you

need him, invisible when you don’t.
