The property was absolutely filthy smelt like a homeless encampment and the staff required $100 cash deposit which took me 15 minutes in the morning to get someone to wake up and come out and give me back the deposit. The strategy seem to be wait and see if they get frustrated and leave.

Staff was rude. Was said to be pet friendly. No limit listed. We have 3 (35lb) well behaved dogs. I paid online. We walked in and the lady informed us we could only have 1 dog. I said ok I will put 2 in my LQ horse trailer and just bring my older girl in. She said she had to find out if that was ok because I might go out and bring the others in after she isn’t watching. Went ahead and let us stay but made us put a large cash deposit down. Then informed us there are security cameras everywhere and if we try to sneak them in or cause any issues she will call the cops and have us removed (us being my 13 yr old daughter and I.) Now she hands us room keys. We go up and find a dirty uncleaned used room. I was fuming after everything that u had to go back down and tell her. Place is gross inside even though outside is beautiful. I should have checked reviews or something. It was late, I was exhausted, and most other hotels were booked. Don’t let the outside deceive you! Oh and does not smell good I probably wouldn’t have even made a review because I’m not a Karen, but I got an email prompt to, so I did.

I brought up a safety issue of someone waking me up at 5 AM with a knock on my door and then proceeding to talk on the phone and continuing to knock on other doors after I didn’t open. I was literally yelled at by the front desk clerk and dismissed by being told “nothing happens here.” I was also treated as if I was loitering in the hotel I paid for by sitting in the lobby when hotel employees told me “I can’t sit in the lobby unless I have a reason.” The back door exit to the hotel is broken and I’ve seen people who don’t have rooms in the hotel hanging out in the staircases. I highly wouldn’t recommend staying here if you like feeling safe.

Upon check-in having already paid, the woman on the desk (complete miserable SOAB) no empathy or compassion insisted there is a $100 Cash deposit, to some folks this won't be an issue but as a non national, lifting cash comes with extras fees, there was no way around it. Use the machine onsite and be charged $3 fee plus my cash withdraw fees comes to about $8 total on top for a basic hotel. The hotel is in a decent location but is poor quality and not very well kept. For these reasons I have avoided this brand on my ongoing trip. Old lady on the desk should be let go, clearly her decent days are behind her.

I am not picky. This hotel was absolutely filthy. Sheer disgust. Think of the grossest gas station bathroom and make it into a hotel room. Walked in and the window was shattered from a baseball. Smelt like someone took a Clorox wipe and wiped everything down with the same 1 wipe. So so so filthy. Walked in. Cried. Then left. Did not stay more than 10 minutes. Surrounding area seemed safe and fine.

Was a pretty clean which was nice, lots of space in the room. We were able to park right in front of our room so that was nice to be able to see our rig. The building could use some renovations, the walls were all scuffed up, chipped paint, just small wear and tear throughout the place. Lobby had kind of a weird stale cigarette smell. Checking in was okay, it seemed to take quite a while then they needed $100 down for the night after we paid online while booking. We of course did get the $100 back in the morning. For the price it was alright.
