Breakfast bar was not working one morning. So much for a warm breakfast. A dog was locked in a truck in the back of the parking lot. It was barking when we checked in and it barked until the next day when the staff fed and watred it. No apologies no refunds or rebates…just a terrible experience.

Room felt so dirty. Damaged carpet, stains on the walls and ceilings. Bottom of shower had black stains on it, tile was broken, toilet seat was unsecured, hole in the drywall. Curtains didn’t even cover the window. I had to tuck the curtains in a specific position every night to try and fully cover the light. I also bought water from the vending machine & it wasn’t even the same brand it said I was buying, AND the water was frozen & looked super muggy. (The water literally looked brown)

The hotel was very old and dated. The pool was empty except my family and it was very old and ran down. Whenever you went swimming youd come out with paint chips on you. The jacuzzi had used bandages in it. The staff was very rude and refused to give us more than 2 hand towels for 7 people swimming. They also stated you can not have anyone visit you at the hotel if youre visiting family. Stuff was very rude and yelled at me and my family. The rooms were old with burn marks in the blankets and the screen to the window was pushed out and a danger. The first room they were going to place us in a young lady changed because i mentions i had a toddler and she said the carpets were very nasty

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. Not one if our best stays as the young man behind the desk spent more time on his phone than heling customers. Waited 10 minutes for pool towels and he sat in the back with headphones on and completely ignored us so we went to room soaked. Breakfast was slim picking as nothing was put out.

Staff went up to room 3 times to check if she wanted to give deposit back,I was told the manager would have to see it,I left the room picked up and clean! I was late for my flight had to spend another $150 to get home,they called me later and said I could come pick up the deposit now knowing I was going to the airport and leaving back to Oregon. The whole trip was horrible
