For safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, we have installed 3 exterior security cameras on the premises. One camera overlooks the front yard and driveway, and two cameras monitor the backyard, including the patios and back parking area.
Please note that these cameras are solely for security purposes and to enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and do not use these cameras for any other purpose.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
1. PARKING: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the back graveled area. Please park closest to the cabin. No parking on the street in front of mailboxes, neighboring homes, or on the front driveway.
2. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the patio, away from the cabin. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $500 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.
3. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the main house renters and the neighbors by observing quiet hours. Also keep daytime noise to a minimum.
4. SPA TUB: If using the spa's jets, do not add bubble suds, bath bombs, lotions, salts, detergents, or any foam-causing substances as they can damage the motor. (You may use these products without turning the jets on.)
5. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required.
6. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.
7. SHARED SPACES & PATIO ACCESS: As noted in the listing, the backyard and parking area are shared spaces between units. Each unit has its own designated private patio. Guests may only use the cabin guesthouse patio. Use of the main house patio is not allowed.
