Colony by the Sea is located in Salter Path, a small island community between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Salter Path is a quaint family-friendly beach with several local restaurants and attractions, but not enough to be crowded. There are so many things to enjoy in the area you will be 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort. Explore the area and diverse restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Getting around from your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a breeze! Whether you prefer to explore by car, foot, bike, golf cart, or exotic Slingshot rental, you'll find plenty of convenient options to enjoy all that Atlantic Beach and the surrounding Crystal Coast have to offer. The island is extremely pedestrian & bike friendly with walking paths nearly the entire span, golf-cart, bike & Slingshot rentals make navigating the island a little more adventurous! You are a short 10-minute drive from downtown Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and 15 minutes from historic Beaufort.

Our condo offers 2 car free parking, making it easy to bring your vehicle and explore nearby attractions like Fort Macon State Park, the North Carolina Aquarium, and the charming waterfront town of Beaufort. For those looking to experience the local scene without driving, ride-sharing services and bike rentals are readily available.

Prefer a leisurely stroll? Many dining spots, beach shops, and entertainment options are just a short bike ride or drive away, giving you easy access to everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. There are a few options by foot, but MANY more are just minutes away by car.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
The entire Colony By The Sea property is NO SMOKING. This includes the parking lots, balconies, common areas, etc.
The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool (typically open May - September), a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access) 2 Parking Spaces per Condo. Boats, trailers, campers, jet skis, etc are not allowed in the parking areas of the complex.

Max Occupancy is 4. Parties found to be exceeding the mass occupancy of this unit may be asked to vacate the premises at any time without refund.
