Quartos normais, cama boa, agora a pior parte é o check in, não tem como aceitar ficar em uma fila com apenas 4 pessoas na gente e o check in demorar 1 hora pra chegar na minha vez, não é que deu algum problema com quem está na frente não, são os funcionários mesmo que são devagar! Mas com tanta ferramentas hj, deixar pra preencher os dados do cliente apenas na sua chegada é um absurdo!! Na hora da reserva já deveria ser preenchido e ficar impresso para que na hora que o hóspede chegar só conferir a documentação, assinar e liberar o quarto! Como é feito nos EUA! Um check in nos hotéis dos eua não demora mais q 5 minutos!!
