**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

**** HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE INCLUDED twice a week according to the condominium schedule;

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, window type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 2: 2 double beds, window type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

OBS.: It has a bathroom between bedrooms 1 and 2, which can be isolated in one of the bedrooms, thus transforming it into a suite.
