Excellent breakfast. Very professional and helpful staff in the dining area at breakfast, especially Brigitte, Karina and Daniel went out of their way to help us when needed. The receptionist staff was also very helpful and the check in and out process was very fast and smooth. The bed was very comfortable as well. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with everything. If we return to Salzburg we will definitely book this hotel again.

The room conditioner was controlled by the hotel. The weather was hot at the time and the AC was on a timer that shut it off before the room started to cool down. Very uncomfortable at night. Could not open window as area was very noisy near bus and train station. Hotel was a good distance from the parts of the city we wanted to visit.

We arrived during a festival weekend and the hotel was all sold out apparently. The AC did not work in our room and it was a heatwave. We were only in town for one night and while we were given a different room, it’s not what we scheduled for. I had 2 rooms booked and had been explicit about them being together. The room we moved into had its own issues with loud noise coming from the AC a few times every hour. We don’t sleep well. The breakfast option was expensive but with little sleep and the need to move in, we conceded to it

Ultra convenient for travel and visiting Salzburg

We selected this hotel based on it's close proximity to the central rail station. We were able to walk right out the door of the station and next door to the hotel. Concerns about train noise were non-existent. Morning breakfast in the 6th floor room gave us an amazing daily view of the Fortress Hohensalzburg and was a short Uber or walk to most of the city sites. Finally, when I forgot my passport in the room safe, they called me shortly after we checked out and I was able to go back to the hotel and pick it up before we left the city. Outstanding service and extremely convenient for travelling in the area.

Would definitely stay here again

We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was perfect…clean, comfortable, quiet. Location to train station and all buses can’t be beat. Price was also very reasonable.
