Excelente hotel, el mejor servicio y acompañamiento al huésped. Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas, limpias. El servicio y la atención inmejorables. Es un hotel muy diferente al resto de hoteles ya que combina un mucho mejor servicio al huésped y además tiene pasillos muy coloridos muy bien decorados. Harika bir konaklama

Uzun zamandır bu tarz butik otelde kalmamıştım. Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren otel personeli sizi çok iyi bir şekilde karşılıyor ve tüm bilgileri sizi kısa bir süre bekletip hemen otelin içinde bulunan müzeyi gezdirip anlatıyorlar. Kaldığımız sürede akşamları odayı çilek ikramları vardı küçük ama güzel jest. Kahvaltıları gayet yeterli doyarak kalkıyorsunuz. otel konum itibari ile gezilecek yerlere 10-15 dakika mesafede. Ayrılırken ise bizlere geleneksel boyalı tabaklarından hediye verdiler. Samarkanda bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim.

we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The check in process was smooth and efficient and we were immediately impressed by the lobby and the Uzbek show room. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the necessary and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast offers a wide selection of options and there is a terrace to have a tea or a glass of wine at sunset time. Oustanding service and hospitality. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive, arranging transportations, recommending attractions and restaurants.
