Simple room, small bathroom, a balcony, and pretty clean for a small island hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The mattress being on the firm side, you'd fall asleep in a minute with no tossing or turning during the night. The common area was cool and simple. I only noticed coffee being available. They start brewing it around 8am. I didn't ask if the water from the faucet was safe to drink or if there was a vending machine for bottled water or snacks. The only services I noticed is daily room cleaning and the receptionist was very helpful in calling a taxi that the hotel trusts and answer any other questions you may have. I had no idea what to expect and I was pleased with the stay, especially the bed.

Reception is very seeet n tried to accommodate us. Arrived late and could not get in right away as reception closed at 3 pm. Had to use stairs to reach 2nd floor which with suitcases not very comfortable. But receptionist tried to help. Shower had no hot water… But very fair accommodations for price paid….

Hotel Incrível.

Incrível ! Minha hospedagem não poderia ter sido melhor! Meu quarto tinha frigobar, televisão smart e ar-condicionado novos. A cama queen size muito confortável. Fiquei em um quarto com sacada, que fez toda a diferença. Dormi super bem. Meu quarto era limpo todos os dias. A limpeza era impecável. A senhora responsável pela limpeza é extremamente cuidadosa e primorosa. O quarto era mais limpo que a minha casa. 🙂 O hotel dispõe de câmeras de segurança, extremamente seguro. A pessoa que me recebeu no hotel foi a Jeniffer. Ela é simplesmente espetacular! Me ajudou com tudo que precisei, desde aluguel de carro (mula) e dicas sobre a cidade e passeios. A Jeniffer é muito educada, gentil e atenciosa, ela fez toda a diferença em minha viagem. ❤️ O hotel fica a 2 quadras do aeroporto e a 2 quadras da praia principal. Spratt Bight Quando pousei em San Andres fui a pé do aeroporto para o hotel e vice versa. Não é necessário pegar táxi. Recomendo muito o hotel. Optem pelo quarto com sacada, maravilhoso. Tem mais, na frente tem um supermercado excelente o que foi extremamente útil na minha viagem.
