The place is beautiful and modern. It is clean and in a great location. I give it three stars as the rooms do not have windows, they gave us only 2 towels when there was 4 of us. Shouldn’t need to ask if info can be seen in the reservation. Also, desk associate was mean and made us wait until 3pm to check in. She would let others get their room and said that ours was not available.

Las cosas que no me gustaron: El agua caliente era intermitente. El cuarto era muy oscuro, solo tenia una Bombilla de techo. Solo había un receptáculo en cuarto. La velocidad del aire no se podia cambiar. Baño bien pequeño.

Parking is a real challenge but thats for the entire island with the abundance of motorcycles. You are walking distance from the beach and shopping.

Excellent place to stay in san andres. Location was great! They just renovated so everything is perfectly clean and new. The only downside for me was the shower. We never got hot water. The explain we need it to let the water run for a while but nothing. Also the water presure on the shower was very low. Other than that Highly recommended. The huge plus was you not only can leave your suitcases there if you have later flight but they aslo have shower on the side so you can enjoy the beach a little longer and flight back all nice and clean! Love it

Hotel recém construído, extremamente bem localizado, a uma rua da praia, lindíssimo, muito bem decorado, camas, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade. Quarto grande, com varanda, cafeteira, chaleira disponíveis. Não tem café da manhã mas é próximo a estabelecimentos, mercadinhos e farmácias. Impecavelmente limpo. Equipe muito cordial e solicita. Realizam a guarda da bagagem e disponibilizam banheiros e toalhas após o check in. Melhor custo benefício da ilha.

ótima estadia, quarto confortável limpo, com chuveiro quente funcionando normalmente, ar- condicionado também gelava bem, e TV a cabo. Hotel ainda deixa duas aguas no frigobar de cortesia, e tem um purificador de agua na recepção em que podemos utilizar para encher as garrafas gratuitamente, além de ter uma cafeteira no quarto e que podemos utilizar duas capsulas de cafe por dia de forma gratuita.

Excelente localização. Hotel bem novo com boas instalações e atendimento. Não oferecem café da manhã.A vazão da agua do chuveiro é um pouco instável, mas nada que atrapalhe o banho. Oferecem um banheiro e chuveiro que podem ser usados após o check out, o que é muito útil para quem tem voo no fim de tarde ou noite e quer aproveitar a praia.

Excelente localização.

A estadia foi boa, a localização do hotel é perfeita, na zona central de San Andrés, que facilita muito nos passeios e para conhecer a cidade a pé. Não precisamos de transporte para nenhum dos passeios que fizemos e nem para os restaurantes tbm. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto era um pouco apertado e não tinha janela, isso me incomodou um pouco mas não tornou a experiência ruim. No geral eu gostei.

Adorei a estadia.Quarto como nas fotos. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Nao se ouve o barulho da rua, embora se ouça um pouco do corredor. Chuveiro bom. O acesso e feito por uma escada, mas é problema apenas para quem tem alguma questão com mobilidade. Nao há cafe da manhã, mas oferecem água e café no saguão e ainda há máquina de café no quarto.

La mejor atención al cliente y súper confortable

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel nos entregó la habitación 3 horas antes del horario convencional, sin cualquier sobrecargo y de forma voluntaria del mismo hotel. Algo inédito en Colombia. Después del check out también súper prestativos en el apoyo a todo. Súper bien ubicado. Solo de falta un desayuno… lo demás súper recomendable. Muy por en cima de los Hotels de la isla.
