Our room was definitely not cleaned upon arrival. There was visible trash, dirt, and hair all over the sheets, and the room had a very unpleasant odor. I asked to be moved to a different room, but I was told there were no other rooms available. The front desk attendant kindly came to change the sheets, but while I waited in the lobby, I noticed about five other guests arriving to check in with no one available to assist them — it was clear the hotel was short-staffed. Before leaving, I attempted to take a shower, only to discover that the hot water wasn’t working. At that point, I decided to book another hotel. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Very frindly staff i have been coming here for years. It's a very quiet unique hotel. It's definitely worth it for the price. They got a nice hot breakfast egg and sausage. Corn flakes bread coffee.You name it they got it

Excellent establishment with good team members and friendly staff room was very comfortable as well breakfast was good though I did not see any muffins or anything for kids a whole lot but not bad either. The TV remote batteries were dead. A small dirty towel was left on the shower bar. Shower doesn't work properly. 50% comes out of the shower head, the rest comes out from the faucet. We have stayed here every year on the way to the Rio Grande Valley. Have not experienced so many problems before. The breakfast was good though.

Attended at check in was not very friendly, hardly spoke. Hotel lobby and hallway smelled bad, the room smelled bad. Check out was the same. No very friendly at all. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Breakfast was great! The only real issue we had was when I went to turn the shower on the handle fell off. I believe the smell was just all the humidity in the air.
