The amenities are ok but i found bed bugs at midnight and i couldn't get a hold of anyone until next day i told the receptionist about it all they said was ok we will take care of it not an apology nothing i even showed them videos and pictures of it im not staying there fo sure anymore..

The staff were the most unfriendly people I've ever experienced. The front desk guy was on his phone literally the entire night. I called the front desk 4 times and no one ever answered. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy there

Pool was not heated. Handicapped lifts were both broken. Towels had holes in them. Sink and tub did not have a stopper or a screen. Just wasn’t well maintained. Other than that, it was fine.

Guy staying at the hotel was being indecent in his car and exposed himself to kids, then later went to the pool area and sat down next to our kids. Get the sicko off the property. Called police who came out, told him to put his pants back on and drove off. Did nothing to protect our kids.

NO Breakfast offered 9 am noting was offered not even bread. Terrible humidity smell in room. No shampoo what?! Bath towels, curtains, and lamp screen with stains. Elevator dirty and stinky. The room key got disconnected 3 times we had to go to the looby to fix the problem. Stay somewhere else if you can, area is not safe, no breakfast, dirty and noise.

Front desk guy wasn't very nice. Minimal eye contact. I told the cleaning staff about the roach in the room and asked for floor to be cleaned. Not done. Door was broken, needing force to open and close. Asked maintenance guy if he could fix otitis. He said he would, but didn't. Pool really cold. Jacuzzi with mold in corners, noticed after found it to not be very hot.

Front desk person at arrival didn’t really make an effort to greet or get out of his chair. Minimal interaction and pointed at the screen to sign and pay the fee for what we are guessing incidental deposit. Room was ok, definitely not worth $275, bathtub had cracks all over the floor, incomplete patching on walls, and you could hear people coming in and out of rooms. Parking was a bit tight.
