The “hotel policies” do not align with hotels.com. BE FOREWARNED! We had made changes to our stay through hotels.com a month before arriving. We changed the length of our stay and from a king suite to a queen suite. The hotel OWNER, Jay Patel, insisted that the hotel policies are different than that of hotels.com. We received a King suite, but when we told them of our changes we had made online a month prior they gave us a double queen, but still charged for the suite price. When we asked about the discrepancy in our checkout day, we were told that it would be taken care of at checkout time. At checkout the hotel owner insisted that they would not refund the extra night and/or the difference in price of the rooms. When a hotels.com agent contacted, he told them the same thing. A no refund or change policy, regardless of what hotels.com had said.
Rooms: Both rooms were dirty. One had what appeared to be dog poop by the night stand, the other room had garbage on the sides of the bed. House cleaning every morning was persistent to check rooms and even walked in one of the afternoons while we were changing to go swimming (after already informing them we were good and did not need anything). People would randomly enter.
Pool: It was disgusting! Do not be fooled by pics. The pool would open randomly between 2 and 4 due to “cleaning” but on multiple days there were things floating in the pool (ie. a used tampon) after having been “cleaned.” The hot tub was luke warm at best.
Had a great time an n hassle with checking in was quick and easy.

I didn't like that the housekeeping staff knocked at 8:30 am. I was still in my gown when I answered and the guy insisted that they come in even though 3 of my family members were asleep. The lady proceeded to put her door stop in the door even though I said no and that we needed nothing. I was so uncomfortable and felt it was an invasion!
Reason I rate four stars was cause I needed to use the restroom because the one in my room was in use. I went down and asked him and said it was broke, but the guy the cleaner was very rude his what do you want? I was I need to use the restroom and he was like don’t you have one in your room? I was like yes, but it wasn’t used the way. He walked towards me in a combed way. Make me feel very uncomfortable and challenge. There’s no way to treat guests.

The rooms were very dirty. The bed sheets were not clean. The bathrooms were dirty. I had blood stain and pee stain on the sheets. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but left early. And they did give me a refund. They did not come clean it after multiple request. So disappointed. I will never go back. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

Will never stay again at this place. I got accused of taking a towel because one was missing. The inspection person missed it. It was on the bed. Did not get an apology or anything. The Indian person sitting at the desk was rude and condescending.
Check in was terrible. The hotel employee was basically arguing with another customer on the phone and not assisting them at all; and it took 15 minutes for him to basically hang up on them.
Then, we get to our room…… the TV remote doesn’t work so I go downstairs and request a new remote only to be told Housekeeping would be up sometime between tonight and tomorrow (we only stayed one night). After a few discussions of “what time”; the check in employee gave me another remote. Then we tried to hook up to the internet; there was none. We went back again and inquired; and he said it’s not working well.
The room was very dirty, rust everywhere, and sketchy.
The next morning we went to get breakfast downstairs; which consisted of toast cereal, and juice and coffee only. I will never stay where again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Bed was very comfortable. Hotel looked run down. Room needs some things replaced. Lamp shade and curtains very dirty and also mattress cover and protector were stained looked like they had not been washed. Price was reasonable but hotel needs better keep up! Room smelled very strong of bleach as well.
We had a great stay, only recommendation would be for the pool area to be updated it’s a bit rusty by the handicap chairs.
Other than that we enjoyed it and kids loved it! Breakfast was pretty good just get up early to get a better selection because breakfast is from 6-9.

I reserved with "pay at property" but they ran my card on file before hand, which wasnt the card I intended to pay with. I called and told them I was paying with a different card and what time I was estimated to arrive where I was met with "if you dont give me a card now I cant guarantee your reservation will be available". We got there, pulled out the sofa bed, there was trash in and around it, the mattress was moldy (there was also no bedding for it), the ceiling in bathroom looked mildewy, the door was damagaed.
I use to stay here w my kids for trips to Seaworld however I just canceled my reservation for next month to find better, cleaner, hotels with good customer service.
Staff was very unpolite. I booked two rooms and for each room they kept my deposit . One for a “dirty”towel and the other for a “dirty “ blanket. I’m a consistent traveler to San Antonio and this is the first time this has happened.
