Front desk personnel were courteous and efficient, the room was disappointing. The room was noisy with both neighboring guests and street noise. There was effectively no counter space for the guest to set things down, neither in the living space nor the bathroom. There was no working fan in the bathroom. Using the shower for the first time, I noted some form of substance stuck to the inside of the shower curtain liner; on exiting, a clump of hair on the backside. On my way out in the morning, I requested that the liner be replaced. Upon my return, I noted that the liner had been replaced, but the clump of hair sat in the shower pan. It seems removal of the hair was not considered part of the duty of the person who made the liner change. I will not return to this hotel.

Everything was nice. The only issue was the staff. Becky in particular was just not a good fit for the job. She was very disrespectful and rude and got very defensive in every conversation we had. I had a couple issues and questions during the stay and when speaking to her about it, she acted like I was dumb and was very rude. And she even questioned, “have you ever stayed at a hotel before?” I don’t care how a customer makes you feel or how your day is going, you don’t act that way. Because now I do not want to stay here again. Other than that, everyone else I encountered was great.

Overall great value. Cozy vibes with fireplace, outdoor pit, & pool courtyard. Super friendly & helpful staff! Food/drink was pricey but really good quality. Room was comfortable (love having fresh air balcony) although dusty. Have to walk a bit for restaurants/ bars as nothing in surrounding area but there’s a nice grocery store.
