We love the Crocket! It is in the perfect location for San Antonio tourist. Super easy to walk anywhere. Its always clean and smells amazing throughout the hotel!

The staff was really weird, The ice wasn't Walmart, and the front desk people were rude about telling me where I was. It smelled funny there were no amenities. The parking was expensive. We came for the pool, but the whole thing was very disappointing.

The hotel in general was nice. Our room could have been better. The tv wouldn’t turn on. Well, it wasn’t plugged in. Not that big of deal. The refrigerator didn’t work. The biggest thing I didn’t like was that they controlled the room air conditioner. Ours would not get below 71. I like a cool room when I sleep and it was warm in there. There’s plenty of other hotels in the area for cheaper price that will let you control your room temp.

The room had a dirty feel to it. The Air Conditioner did not work the entire first day we were there. I called down to have it fixed they said they would let me know and never did. The bath tub and sink would not drain properly like it had a clog. We would not stay there again.

It’s convenient and this time I slept better. Lol. No complaints.. Slept on 6th floor previously and I got spooked. I have stayed numerous times before never experienced it until I slept on the 6th floor. Staff is awesome. I love staying there. Will come back ..always do…but not to the 6th floor. Lol.
