The room is in good condition and the staff was fine, but I was put in a room with a handicap tub and shower and was not told. I would have preferred something else or at least been notified and given a choice to say no before moving into the room

Said they had shuttle from airport. Called reservation 4 times asking where shuttle was. Waited almost 4 hours before I was told by reservation the shuttle was out of service. Had to get a cab. Mold all over the toilet bowl ring. Room 515. Shower was only 4 foot high and I’m 6’-5”. So it was quite inconvenient. No tablets, pens in room. No juice at breakfast bar. Just a at best an ok stay. Way over priced for what I got.

Everything was absolutely wonderful at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was so good. The happy hour drinks and food were awesome. I have no complaints at all about this property. I really hope that the Wyndham brand does not deviate from the practices of the Drury brand. The services and the amenities that they offer are one of the primary reasons why my husband and I continue to be loyal Drury customers.
