Long black hair all over our towels ( I have short blonde hair), and bathroom. Hostess at checkin did not tell us there was construction so we were woken up at 7:00 AM on a Saturday morning with loud banging right outside our room. When I called, to front desk, the host said she was supposed to have made us aware and given us options to move rooms but failed to do so. It was a horrible stay. Dirty rooms, hair all over and very loud!

Nice hotel, great location to Riverwalk

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds could use an upgrade and valet service could be more efficient (brought our car up, but the valet had run off to get another car and still had our keys while we loaded)
