Nauti muistojen tekemisestä perheen kanssa tilavassa 4 makuuhuoneen kodissamme. Vain hyppäämällä, hyppäämällä ja hyppäämällä San Antonion keskustasta (noin viisi minuuttia), tämä on porttisi lukemattomille suosituille turistikohteille, tapahtumapaikoille, ravintoloille ja nähtävyyksille.

Niille, jotka nauttivat kävelystä, juoksemisesta tai pyöräilystä, kannustan Mission / Riverwalk-polkuja. Yli 12 mailin reitti Riverwalkin keskustasta Southtowniin yhdistäen suurimman osan historiallisista tehtävistä matkan varrella. Pyörävuokrauspysäkkejä on kaikkialla kaikkialla, ja olen nähnyt jopa muutaman ihmisen melonneen joen varrella.

Makuuhuoneidemme suhteen tämä on neljän makuuhuoneen koti. Makuuhuoneessa on kaunis king-size-vuode. Toisessa ja kolmannessa huoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja perhehuoneessa on vuodesohva.

Vähimmäisvuokra vuokrataan: 28-vuotias tai vanhempi.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Republicin golfkenttä. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.
  • Ilmastoitu koti, jossa asiakkaille on tarjolla keittiö, pyykinpesukone ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta

Overall a nice stay. The pack and play for our baby was dirty and there were some splatters on a couple walls but the place seemed fairly clean other than that. The beds were kind of hard but they did have extra pillows in a closet and we appreciated that. The location was close to downtown which was very convenient. The host was friendly and helpful. They had snacks on the counter and waters in the fridge which was great for the first night.

This was a wonderful stay. I appreciated the communication with the host. I appreciated the supplies to start us off before we could get to the store. There were plenty of towels and bedding for our large group. The only area I rated less than 5 stars was the accuracy of pictures on VRBO. The living room has a glass table, but a different table was shown on the website. I was only concerned with this because we had toddlers traveling with us. I would gladly stay here again next time we visit San Antonio and highly recommend this place especially for families with young children.

Ice machine doesn’t work. Garbage disposal needs to be replaced. Some lights didn’t work or were burnt out. 3 Large two inch cockroaches, were killed.. Shower head in primary bathroom needs replacement. Overall this home is tired.

Graduation Stay

I traveled to San Antonio for my master’s degree graduation, and Carlos' home was the ideal choice for my family. The space was not only immaculate but also incredibly spacious. My toddler and 9-year-old had a blast with the games and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Carlos was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay. I would absolutely book again for any future visits to San Antonio!

Nice clean house in fairly nice neighborhood. Comfortable. No more than 20 minutes from anywhere we went. Had a nice dinner with the roommate and her parents at steak Brazilian steak house on River Walk.

2024 Eclipse Trip

Carlos, the host was very responsive to my requests. There was a problem with the A/C and he got it repaired that evening which made an enjoyable evening for my family. The home is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and to the freeway to get around the city. Beds were comfortable, the home was clean and made for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again!

I brought the family to be with Mom/Grandma in her final days. The property was a perfect fit for our family, and Carlos was amazing.
