The staff was attentive and personable. Isaac was very pleasant and efficient at the front desk. Any request was delivered promptly and positively. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There was a secure feel to my stay due to needing the room key to get onto the elevator in order to reach my floor. Cleanliness of the room upon arrival and a day later while I was out of the room was excellent. Only downside was the $60 valet parking price per day of my stay. There is a $30 option for those who don’t mind parking across the street of the hotel. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

You could hear everything in your room. Our neighboring room was having normal level conversations and we could hear everything like they were in our room with us. Our room was moved and same paper thin walls

Excellent and accommodating staff

The hotel was struggling to keep the lobby warm with extra cold temperatures during our stay, but they found some enormous electric heaters that they plugged in 24/7 to keep it toasty for guests. Everything was kept magically clean although I never actually saw anybody cleaning! Any issue we had was very promptly taken care of, in the front desk was overly accommodating and hospitable. Very spacious, modern and comfortable stay with easy access to the Riverwalk.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The room was amazing as was the food. The valets were attentive, especially Josh, who made sure we were taken care of. Can't wait to visit again!
