Staff service in my experience it was poor… we had some noise neighbors and I ask the lady from front desk (night) to address the issue. I called back couple of hrs later again for same complaint and her response was “you can walk outside and talk to them I already did and those ladies are drunk” what kind of service is that? And address the issue in the morning and until now 2 days later the manager has not try to contact me.

Friendly staff and convenient!

The desk clerk was amazing! We had to change our room because we wanted a top floor. He went out of his way to find us one! We will definitely recommend This hotel to our family and friends. Very close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance!

I’ve stayed twice at this particular La Quinta. Both times, I checked in with a female staff member who was rude. I don’t think it’d be hard to tell who she is. She treated me as an inconvenience when I asked questions about parking and breakfast, hardly explained what information I had to fill out, and didn’t explain the terms or amount for what I was being charged (deposit.) The restroom floors and bathtub weren’t up to par. The floors felt sticky and there was some paint and stains on the bathtub on our most recent visit.

When I checked out I found out I had been charged varying rates for each of the three nights. That Is simply not right. Nevert staying at La Qunita again unless I get explanation for why this happened. Make up your mind what the rate should be!
