Not good
The first impression is a bit run down. Bedspread was snagged and paper thin. Robe but no q tips, no shower cap, no extra blankets, no slippers. In room coffee maker was good. Reception desk was good and got me checked in quickly. I did try to call several times to ask for a wellness check to the next room because I could hear the alarm signal for almost an hour but no one answered. Room was moderately quiet except for highway traffic and voices in the parking lot. I could hear the parking lot from the 15th floor. My 15th floor suite was Dark. Even during the day it’s just a lot of dark furniture and dark carpet. The suite area was a section of the room with out the benefit of windows , so imagine a very dark space and just a lamp. The entire property is out dated styles and chipped fixtures and a big broken fountain near the main lobby entrance. Desk and chair are not ergonomic or even comfortable and definitely not ready to work for any duration of time.
