Private getaway with Castle access and large lawn

Experience the charm of our historic carriage house, built in 1894. It was once a haven for the carriages and horses of the Lambermont Estate. Over the years and through multiple owner modifications, the original structure was lost. Fortunately, over 3 years of renovation we carefully reconstructed the façade to its original structure, utilizing the authentic brick bringing forth a true historic beauty. Now, we welcome guests to overnight accommodations as a second-floor apartment.
The space
While not directly attached to the main house, the carriage house apartment is easily accessible to all guests. Take advantage of the cozy nooks and comfortable seating on the first floor of the main house, or simply unwind with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the porch. You could also spread out your yoga mat and enjoy the sun.
The carriage house itself is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen and dining area, including a refrigerator, microwave and stove top for your convenience. The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed, nightstands, reading lamps and a plush couch. Every room in the Lambermont Estate boasts a private bathroom and personal heating or cooling system, ensuring your comfort.
Located behind the main house, the carriage house apartment offers one of the best views of the green grass and lush lawn. Before reaching your front door, check out the comfortable lounge area, complete with cushioned seating, romantic bistro lights, and cocktail tables. As you climb the stairs to your apartment door, don't be surprised if a pecan falls from our pecan tree or a squirrel tosses an acorn your way. It's all part of the welcoming committee! While this is a great place to relax and unwind, please note that smoking is not allowed on the property.
During your stay, you might even have the opportunity to connect with other guests.
Guest access
As an apartment guest, you will have access to the main house, all first-floor porches, and the lawn. We kindly request that you limit the use of the main house between 6am to midnight. While we want you to have an enjoyable stay, please be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels down..
Restricted Areas for Guests

We kindly ask that guests refrain from entering the carriage house storage area, the first floor kitchen, and any bedroom that is not assigned to their party. Additionally, please note that the third floor is completely off-limits.
Other things to note
Unfortunately the WiFi and Roku in the carriage house are not reliable. However, you are more than welcome to use the internet in the main house or on any of the porches. Please keep in mind that we are a family-run business and not a hotel, so there are no desk-assistants available 24/7. As such, we kindly ask that you follow the check-in times closely or communicate any delays clearly.
That being said, we are here for you around the clock, whether it's an emergency or not. If you don't receive a response on your first attempt, please don't hesitate to try again. Additionally, we have provided multiple phone numbers to ensure that you can reach us at any time.
