The room was not cleaned. The battery to our smoke detector was missing. The refrigerator was dirty. The sheets were tattered and there was make up on the head boards and some type of food. We arrive at 4 pm on June 7th for a wedding at 5 pm. The shower was nasty. They shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was not filled. The room smelled musky. Truly sad we look forward to this and thankfully we were only there for 1 day. But i did feel cheated out of $120 dollars. Please do better next time. Also your app to add a photo isnt working please send me an email and i will gladly send you all the photos. Also the door stopper and side door block was broken.

The room was fantastic. The only thing I can say negative and I only say this to make it better was I was not greeted as I walked in and I had to initiate that I had a reservation. Also the $4.00 parking is a joke. Add it to your room price so that customers think it’s complimentary. I will DEFINITELY stay here again and probably stay for more than one night knowing how nice it is and the convenience to Fiesta Texas and the shops are.
