Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Older property, but well maintained. Property was clean. Breakfast was good. Room refrigerator did not have freezer, but not a big deal (unless you bring left over ice cream, which we did!). Would stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant however it was the hotel itself. When we stepped out the elevator on the 2nd floor it smelled like sewage which also made the room smell so bad. The issue was resolved however it took awhile. The clean towels were stained like if they needed two more washes. I asked for replacements and the staff provided them. I asked for additional pillows for the pull out sofa and the front desk staff said no. They stated that the 4 pillows on the bed were sufficient. I stayed here last year and had a good experience not sure what the issue is this year. I do not plan to stay here ever again.

The hot tub was very poor, water level low, chemicals not right. When it was turned on thick layer of foam began. We didn't get to eat the breakfast until Monday. Both sat and sun the food ran out and we waited for 30 mins and nobody refilled eggs, sausage, juice, just about everything. The room was ok but there were no hair dryer, no way to hang wet towels. Need hooks on the door and next to the shower. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The one huge complaint we had is where the TV is placed. Was extremely hard to watch TV from the bed and had to get out of bed to use the remote. Also there is no channel guide in the room for any channels. We stayed last year and it was really good but unless upgraded we will stay elsewhere. We reserved it as we know there is indoor pool and hot tub but even that was not good.
