Kiva huoneisto hyvällä paikalla, mutta hoidossa puutteita

Hyvä sijainti, Kiva patio auringon suuntaan, yhteinen uima-allas viiden muun asunnon kanssa. Rauhallinen katu. Hyvä paikka lapsille. //Negatiivista: Majoittajan vahvistuksessa annettuun yhteydenotto sähköposti osoitteeseen ei lainkaan vastattu . Sisäänkirjautumis prosessi katastrofaalisen hankala älypuhelin sovellutus. Huoneiston kunnossapito laiminlyöty: rikkinäinen sänky, vajavaiset ja sekalaiset keittiövarusteet, WC:n rengas irti, suihkun viemäri lähes tukossa. Hutiloiden siivottu, edellisten asukkaiden roskia löytyi sieltä ja täältä. Pari isohkoa torakkaa löytyi sisätiloista.

Kakalaken

Leider hatten wir in unserem Haus einen sehr hohen Befall von Kakalaken. Wir mussten fast jeden Tag ca. 2-3 Kakalaken beseitigen. Vielleicht könnte man entsprechende Mittel im Haus zur Verfügung stellen, die die Bekämpfung etwas vereinfachen. Ansonsten sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ruhig und Entspannt

Es waren zwei angenehme Wochen. Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag von einer Reinigungsfirma gereinigt. Die Duschkabinentür könnte eine kleine Wartung gebrauchen, da es sich schwer schließen und öffnen lässt. Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.
