When i booked the room it stated they had a 24/7 office. When i arrived the office was closed and i was unable to get my room. I had to get another room elsewhere and still got charged for the room. When i called the next morning and told the gentleman on the phone i wasnt going to be needing the room any longer and requested a refund he told me he would speak to someone (I believe he said Judy). At 11:50pm i received a call from another associate asking if i was still going to be needing the room. When i explained to the woman what had happened she told me i shouldve cancelled because now I will be charged an additional fee. I feel robbed and will be speaking with Expedia for a refund.
