One queen guest bedroom and a second guest bedroom with two twin beds are adjacent to an expansive built-in linen closet and shared full bath.

A housekeeping fee of $350 is required (mid-stay housekeeping is required for reservations that exceed 30 days at an additional cost). Spa care and heating fee of $200 per month. The owner pays for utilities up to $250 Mo. A refundable deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required.
