Built in 2007 sparing no expense and designed for entertaining and comfort this home is located next to Bonito Canyon park with a playground,ocean view baseball field and tennis courts, Boys and girls club. North Beach and the Metrolink are 4 blocks west, San Clemente Outlet Mall is 6 blocks north, the San Clemente pier is about a mile south. Ocean views from every bedroom, bathroom,entry, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Two fireplaces and plenty of outdoor deck space. There is an outdoor poured in place concrete bar that features a built in BBQ, a gas firepit,solid nickel sink, refrigerator,a wall mounted tv and a spectacular view of Catalina island on clear days. The Master bath features a six foot soaking tub, a steam room shower with fold down seating for two, electric towel warmer, electric skylight and dual sinks. Whole house water filtration with reverse osmosis in kitchen kitchen so no need for bottled water. Built in vacuum, Bosch washer and dryer. Off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway included as long as your vehicles do NOT leak oil.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The location was perfect, the home itself was absolutely beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner, which made our holiday extra special.Host Marc was so kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Nice House

Our family had a great week at this unique home.Take time to relax and enjoy the home! The home is located close to the ocean with a few restaurants, sports bars, coffee shop, surf board shops, outlet mall, and Raindow sandal factory store all in few walking blocks.

Spacious stay in Los Molinos district

We had a great stay. All of the comments about noise are accurate. We had fans going and ear plugs which made it manageable. Otherwise, it’s a really nice stay with the gas powered grill and fire pit, multiple balconies, tall ceilings and open layout.

Great Escape to SC

Having grown up in San Clemente we knew what to expect from the location, which is across from where surfboards are shaped all day long so yes there will be some noise as other said in their reviews. We got lucky with a rare 80+ degree week in SC which made the beach amazing and nights a little warm in the house. The living space was perfect for our group and we took full advantage of the patio spaces and grill. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place close to the beach.

Only drawback would be if u r wanting a quiet place to stay the two bars on Friday and Saturday nights can be a little loud. Owner can’t change it though.

Good stay for the price

The property was a good price for a 3 bedroom. The owner is very responsive and I would make sure you know what you need to bring as the house isn't well stocked with things. When reading the description, I missed the fact that the house does not have air conditioning. The rooms were comfortable at night with the windows open but there was a lot of noise outside late at night. Again, for the price, it was great.
