Separate kitchen area has mini fridge, mini stove, Keurig coffee maker, and a nice dining table area that doubles as the perfect spot to work from home. Nice yard space behind is great for hanging out in the garden and enjoying the sun. Outdoor BBQ for cooking and exclusive parking space is only 30ft from the front door.
