Beautifully remodeled and fully air-conditioned casita in exclusive Crown Point Shores, directly across the street from Mission Bay with partial view of bay and park. Vaulted 12 foot ceilings in all rooms give expansive feeling.

Spacious new kitchen outfitted with seating for 2 at large granite bar and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. You will delight in cooking in the new kitchen replete with every type of needed appliance, including, but not limited to coffee maker, coffee grinder, milk foamer for coffee, toaster, air fryer, blender, mini-prep food processor, rice maker, electric kettle, sharp knives and a complete set of dishes and cookware.

We also provide coffee for your first day or two, as well as sugar, salt, pepper and basic spices so you don't have to stock the kitchen to cook a meal.

California King Bed with black-out curtains in bedroom and comfortable Queen Sofa in Living room. High ceilings and skylights in living room give a feeling of spaciousness and light.

Outdoor barbecue and seating with table and umbrella overlooking butterfly and vegetable garden and beautiful Crown Point Shores on Mission Bay...simply walk across the street and down the steps and there you are, beach towels and chairs provided. We are on a bluff overlooking Mission Bay at Crown Point Shores.

Only 5 miles from the airport and downtown San Diego, you have a view of the city skyline from the driveway. Watch fireworks at Sea World from the front of the property or at one of the fire rings on the beach.

Walking distance to a couple of small markets/liquor stores, 2 local coffee houses and several restaurants. 1 mile from Trader Joe's, Von's, and an abundance of restaurants and shops.

To the side and rear of the Main house, you have your own off street parking space and keyless entry so you can come and go easily and quickly. Close to everything, bike paths, downtown, shopping, Sea World, and more.

Great Stay For Komen Walk

This casita was a great home base as I participated in the Komen walk. The location could not have been better, there was everything I needed during my stay and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice, private, clean space during a getaway.

Perfect location

When visiting San Diego, we were very pleased with the location of our accommodations. The beautiful home was perfectly located for biking and walking along the water, and had a bus stop a few blocks away. The MTS system was actually very easy to use and a short ride to downtown San Diego. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us, with everything we needed for the week. The homeowners were wonderful hosts!

Worth more than five stars

If we've stayed in a better VRBO, we don't know when. The casita is attractive, nicely furnished, and very well-appointed. It includes not only soaps and towels but a plentiful supply of Q-tips, charging cords, and Apple TV+ and Netflix. The location is superb and we enjoyed the beach walk and the walks to the commercial areas in Mission Beach. And we wer every grateful for off-street parking!

Amazing Bungalow

By far the top 2 units we have rented in SD. Pristine, clean, QUIET w/2 AC ‘wall’ units. Bright, airy, king bed w/firm mattress & ample pillows. Full bath w/tub, & skylite. Complete large kitchen w/ample supplies to cook a feast. Totally Reno w/LVF thru out. Private courtyard w/grill, driveway parking & a view of Sail bay. It’s perfectly designed for a couple (2 small kids can use sofa bed in LR). There is no dining area but counter space & outdoor table will accommodate 2-4 persons. I do not like dirt, & this bungalow is remarkably clean - & as the unit is in the rear of the home, road grime is not an issue. The bedroom has 2 large windows which provide cross ventilation if not using the AC, Overall, this unit is A PLUS.

Perfect Property & Location For Our San Diego Stay

I absolutely loved this place. It was very centrally located. The driveway parking was a HUGE plus. It is exactly like the pictures & really nice inside. Harper was nice & helpful if needed. We didn't need to bother her since my husband is from San Diego but, I know she would definitely be more than happy to give you recommendations. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Newly renovated, across from park and bay and walking/bike paths you will enjoy all the conveniences of home. Two patio areas, immaculately maintained. Eat dinner at Coasta Brava and go across the street to buy your groceries-done! Highly recommend!

Perfect casita

The casita was perfect for my 21 yo son and me. It was great to have a fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable queen sofa bed. Having off-street parking was key for us. The location is within walking distance to the ocean beach and plus there’s a park & beach across the street. Definitely would recommend!

Perfection!

I traveled this past weekend for a big tennis tournament 2 1/2 miles away. Harper was amazing in helping me find warm-up courts nearby and figure out locations. The condo is right across from a very quiet and beautiful and expansive park along the ocean bay. We traveled over -3/5 min?- to Pacific Beach many times, up to La Jolla was easy, down to North Park and Balboa also did not take long. I had food delivered twice when it was late (and cold out) easy. Especially traveling south repeatedly was a delight to go over the bridges and water. 🙌🏻 We stopped in on vacation island once for a scenic and tasty drink along the water. The condo itself is adorable the perfect size for a couple who want some peace and quiet, their own very easy parking space, a little and pretty porch area, and a grill. They have some amazing birds in the area that are delightful to listen to- orioles etc. We used the washer and dryer and loved the king size bed! Also used their pretty gas fireplace in the cold evenings. Directions were laid out perfectly and simply. Harper truly wants your time here to be a great vacation! I would never stay anywhere else when I return to San Diego.

Casa Sweet Casita!

This was a great little place to stay! My husband & I really enjoyed the special touches & love that have gone in to making this a sweet home away from home. Harper was a fabulous host, helpful, kind, available for questions and assistance with the casita and surrounding area. The bed was very comfy as was the sleeper sofa! It was so peaceful; easy to get a great night of sleep. The kitchen was very accommodating, we didn't cook while we were there but it would have been quite easy to. It was nice to have coffee already there for our first morning! We appreciated the filtered water available at the tap in the kitchen -it was so easy to fill our H2O bottles in the morning before going out! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Harper for being such a thoughtful and generous host! 💛 Cheers!

Cute Casita, Great Location

This has been one of the best properties we’ve experienced in San Diego. It’s right across the street from the quiet(er) side of Mission Bay and a short walk to Pacific Beach. The location was perfect. Inside, the cozy kitchen offered a well appointed place to cook dinners. The space is nicely and newly decorated, with natural light from the skylights nice dimmers for evening light. We spent several evenings eating outdoors in the private seating area. The bed was a very comfortable king and the bathroom was stocked like spa. The host (Harper) was very welcoming, greeting us when we arrived, and answering questions through our stay. It’s clear she cared about the property and the guest experience. If you are staying in San Diego, you should definitely consider staying at this lovely Casita!
