The food was staff and front desk had no personality when they are employed in hospitality. We are paying customers that when we cant have access to ie. Ice cause its on a different floor or not working and we are fending for ourselves is not the service we are paying for. Out of waffle batter no juice, things are empty and they don't respond to you when you ask them. As if they are bothered by your request, for the price we pay that pays their take home and corporate linings your pockets this is not okay, its hard ro be out these my with my children and have no dresh water no ice is room temp and no one willing to help? Pleaee reflect the price vs the experience in regards that wouod be fair r

Front Desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. 1st day Breakfast staff, not so much, better on second day. Food area could be kept cleaner. Area on 4th floor by elevators could have used some vacuuming and attention. I found it to be less up to par this time then in February, which is why I rated Good vs. Excellent
