We were impressed with staff professionalism and hospitality. When booking this stay, we did not realize this property was a motel style with external doors and were concerned with the quality we would experience. However we enjoyed our stay overall and ran into zero issues. Quiet hours were respected and housekeeping staff maintained our room throughout our week long stay. Areas were cleaned and maintained well. We would stay here again.

Rooms were not clean and smelled like mold. We woke in the morning with bed bug bites. Requested to check out a day early and hotel refused to refund for the day we did not stay. Expedia was unable to provide any refund despite the unacceptable conditions.

Don’t bother to call in to make a preference known for your stay. People there answer your call and say they will note your account but do not. Kudos to the supervisor that tried to make it right, but a queen sized bed wasn’t going to cut it so it was a no go. Rant to the person who just said you were sold out and I was out of luck.

Convenient if you have a child at SDSU. We stay here all the time for move ins and outs and to visit. Property is older but clean and fits our budget.
