This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home comfortably accommodates a variety of guests, featuring one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen bunk bed. The full kitchen offers ample counter space and updated appliances, with dining available indoors or on the covered patio. A gas grill makes outdoor meals easy, while the enclosed yard and garden patio provide space to unwind. Parking for one car is available in the driveway, and beach essentials—including chairs, towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon—are provided. Located just 1.5 blocks from Pacific Beach and two blocks from the boardwalk, you're close to restaurants, shopping, and coastal activities. Things to Know: Free Wi-Fi, first-floor unit with a private residence above, and wall furnace on-site, no A/C, fans provided. Parking is available for one car in the driveway, coin laundry.

Great location. Needs some improvements.

The inside of the property was clean. The outside living areas were not maintained. We had a problem with access to the washer and dryer and our final morning had no hot water. The location was great. The inside areas reflected what was marketed but the outside did not. The response to our issue with the washer was excellent. They addressed our issue immediately. I have asked for some kind of allowance for the day without hot water and no one has gotten back to me.

Great place in good location.

We stayed for a week with our children (teens). The house is exactly as pictured in the listing so no surprises. We liked having the option of the outdoor spaces. It was a great location for us, just two blocks from the beach and in a quieter location. We loved it. The only hiccup was on the second to last day when the hot water went out. It took some time to be able to get someone out there. Contacting the rental management company was easy, but they were apparently having trouble getting ahold of the local person in charge of taking care of things like this. But it ended up getting resolved by end of the day. I would still recommend as a great place to stay.

Great location!

We had such an amazing vacation! The location is awesome and great for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to sea world. We would love to come back sometime.

Great location

The poperty was in great condition and clean. Location is a few blocks to the beach and about 15 minutes to zoo or airport. Overall great spot for a family of 3 to explore from.
