If you're looking for convenience, then look no further, we want to welcome you to Bankers Hill. An area is known for the affluent, which is how it got its name Bankers Hill its name. These days, Bankers Hill is a cultured community that is hot for trends. Within its borders, there are farm-to-table restaurants, to sushi spots, small plate eateries and decadent dessert restaurants that rival those found in neighboring Little Italy.

Bankers Hill is conveniently located four blocks (10 min walking distance) to Little Italy. Little Italy is a lively neighborhood filled with patio cafe's, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, hotels, and the beautiful Piazza della Famiglia, one of San Diego’s most hottest spots.

Your a short (5-10 min) car ride to many of San Diego’s top beaches and favorite attractions. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Bay Front Park, Downtown, Petco Park, San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village and Old Town, just to name a few.

And for the aviator lover, enjoy the thrill of a Bowing 747 rush overhead so close it's as if your fingers could touch it, but don't worry, once inside you'll barely notice as they pass overhead.

The condo has a full sized fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave, refrigerator and dinning table for four. Forget washing dishes, this condo has a dishwasher as well! We offer a fully stocked coffee station and your basic cooking essentials. (Although we are happy to recommend a handful of delicious restaurants just minutes away as well) Some items we keep stocked for use include: coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes, wine and drinking glasses, plus plateware.
