BEST hotel EVER in San Giovanni Rotondo!

Very gorgeous & upscale hotel. All marble floors, chandeliers & an EXCELLENT location to the church. Very friendly service. There wouldn’t be another hotel that could beat this. The woodwork at the check in was so ornate & stunning. I even bought an oil painting on canvas of Padre Pio from a famous artist that were for sale in the lobby.

The hotel is nice and clean, convenient facility parking spaces and free breakfast in a large dining room. But there is no place in the bathroom where one can put the toiletries or even clothing , it’s very inconvenient going out of the bathroom to get your things every time one showers or washes .

This hotel is in desperate need of repairs, the walls were dirty and peeling, tv didn’t work, shower was very small, I am 5’06” tall, 140 pounds and while showering I would bump onto the walls. Furniture was dated.

I will present a claim because since we get in, the hotel said we asked for a DOUBLE ROOM, and that means 2 rooms. I already checked thru Expedia the reservation and checked we only ask for 1 room. Personale della reception come la sala colazioni molto soddisfacente. Un po chiassose le signore delle pulizie ,in quanto se vuoi rimanere a dormicchiare il vociare e intenso. La colazione in se non soddisfa gli standard per un quattro stelle. I Bagni un po piccolini disposti un po male.

Excelente hotel, muito limpo e organizado. Bom café da manhã e boas opções de refeição. Pessoal muito simpático e acolhedor sempre prontos para atender qualquer necessidade.
