Great spot.

Hotel Colli is a classic downtown Mexican hotel. Plain, clean, and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Location can’t be beat. And great breakfast spot right around the corner. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay. If you want to be right in the heart of San José and have an Uber never more than a minute away, this low cost hotel is a fantastic choice. There’s a bar called Garage next door which was noisy on Friday & Saturday evenings but quieter in the week. The rooms are simple and nicely decorated and the friendly staff keep the shared spaces of the hotel spotlessly clean. We stayed on the second floor in room 206, very close to the hotel’s current construction but further away from street & bar noise. The beds are firm, the air con and fan keep the room cool and the water is plentiful and hot. There’s a very small shared fridge available at reception and a lovely sunny terrace on the second floor to sit and read or eat. You can ask for beach towels (free) and rent a beach umbrella for $100 MX. There’s also a small liquor and convenience store right across the street.

There is construction inside the Hotel. Very loud hammering and stone cutting saws beginning at 8am every morning except Sunday. It appears that this new building wing construction will be on going for weeks at least.

This is located in the perfect area if u like walking around alot . All the lights feom alm the businesses makes it feel extra safe in the area. The facilities itself was great. Very clean. Only improvement would be to have a mini fridge in every roo.

Hotel Colli represents a great value in a convenient location. It's clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and competent. (If this seems understated, remember that many establishments don't rise to this level.) Free parking is available under the building but you have to go around the block (one-way streets) to access it. At the moment, there is a lot of construction noise, which is expected to continue until April 2025. However, if you're in San Jose on a budget, this is a terrific choice! (If you need decent coffee your first morning in town, forego the free coffee at the hotel but turn right from the front door and get espresso drinks at the ice cream shop on the corner. It opens at 7:30.)

construction made my stay very poor

The customer service was very good. I was greeted with a smile and assistance was offered for everything I needed. Unfortunately there was construction going on which prevented any peace and quiet during the day. I had travelled all day and hoped to rest before going out to dinner but was kept awake by loud hammering all afternoon into the evening.

big room right downtown. No outdoor space.

this hotel has no outdoor space. The photos make it look roomier and airier than it is. The lobby area is cramped and not conducive to hanging out more than a minute. The room was huge and clean, with a big bathroom and shower. You get a water carafe to fill with filtered water from the hall. We got a balcony which made it really nice as we could watch all the action on the street and feel more a part of the scene. The bed was super comfortable with a good pillow. You are right downtown, half a block from the main square and the cathedral. There is plenty of wandering and shopping and eating in this area.

The room layout was perfect in the 2dble bed w/kitchenette #117. We will definitely stay again. Some usual construction noise. No elevator, we both walk with canes and managed. 30 steps from Centro and Beautiful cathedral. Bottom line we loved Hotel Colli, where you are close to absolutely everything including the market where the locals shop, produce, meat etc!

Great 2 night stay

Great room very well located in center of San Jose Del Cabo. Many restaurants nearby and beach not too far away. Staff friendly and room clean. Great value for price paid. Recommend.
