• There is an environmental tax to be collected at Property of MXN $79.19 per night, converted to USD depending of the exchange rate of the day.
• Pool and Hot Tub hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Front desk open 24 hours.

• The minimum age for check-in is 18
• NO smoking is allowed on the property.
• Pets are not allowed. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals (SAs) are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
