Property was well maintained and property manager was friendly and quick to respond. View was awesome and location was convenient for beach access, groceries etc. I wish I had known a few things before reserving: 1. The sliding doors leak significantly so it is very noisy when it’s windy at night! 2. There is a concrete plant or something up the road from the condo and the truck drivers start their day between 5 and 6:30 a.m. so sleeping in is not possible if you are a light sleeper! 3. Some of the neighbors apparently think there are assigned parking spots even though we were told we could park anywhere under or beside the condo- we got blocked in by an unhappy neighbor after unintentionally parking in “his” spot and couldn’t get out for a while on the morning we had to get to the airport! Clearly marked parking would be appreciated!
